"Had a very enjoyable stay whilst travelling for work. The location was great, just over the road from amazing views of the sea. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. The pool was a lovely and the rooms were super spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Darwin!"

"Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. "

"Partner and I stayed here over new year's and we had a wonderful stay. Stayed on the 8th floor and it was very quiet and in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle that was darwin CBD. Super comfy bed and walkable to most places in Darwin CBD area. Great hotel, great location and amazing staff!"

"The rooms are clean and tidy. The AC works well and the amenities are maintained in an excellent state. I appreciated the onsite secure parking and proximity to Darwin CBD. The concierge desk is open 24 hours, however the phones are rarely anwered during work hours. I left voice messages with my questions. It took a few days for someone to get back to me, and they were helpful. "

"I had a fantastic stay at City Gardens Apartments in Darwin! The owner was incredibly accommodating, and the housekeeper was absolutely brilliant. The location is perfect - peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darwin."

"It's an easy walk into town approx 10 minute walk to Woolies. we had a car and found the location of Alatai handy to explore sites beyond the city.We had a studio ground floor appmt, the ensuite bath is dated but serviceable, the room was clean. overall very happy with our 6 day stay."
